The fact that this even needs to be stated, is pretty disgusting.
It's like walking into someone's home who invited you over for dinner, and then you just take their car and drive away. Because hey, an invite to dinner means EVERYTHING is on the table, right.

Ladies should also set out rules at the start of a session. I have visited a couple of ladies who clearly sets out what they allow before the session and it makes my life a lot easier.
