One of my laptop's seem to be misbehaving.

I am looking for someone who can help me solve the issue I am having.

When you switch it on it turns it turns on shows the logo but that's it.

I am rather disappointed as my connex is a newer than my HP but my HP seems to be going strong even though it is only a windows 8. This silly windows 10 is supposed to be better than my older laptop though if you ask me I think it is debatable.

Have you been helped? If not, try get it into 'Automatic Repair Mode'. You do this by turning your computer off and then turn it back on. As soon as you see those spinning dots, switch it back of by press and holding the power button. Do this a couple of times (three or 4 times), then let it load. It should give you the automatic repair message. Select advanced options, then troubleshoot, then repair. Good luck.

Thank you I appreciate the assistance. The above is impossible as it doesn't switch off unless I close it, even then it takes along time to switch off.

Apologies for only view this today.
If the laptop is only reflecting the Windows Logo, let the battery run out then when it's off plug in the charger, put it on then keep pressing the "Delete" key and let me know if you get the boot screen.

I think without the specific bio's keys for my laptop. It may just be beyond repair putting me in the market to barter a new one.

You shouldn't require a key unless it was locked.
What screen does it give when trying to enter the bios menu?

I have given up.

Some have tried to assist with no success.

I can't even enter the bios menue.

If the bios can't be accessed then it is most likely a motherboard issue or a hard drive issue
If the laptop is a few years old it would be better to replace the laptop

If only it was a few years old. Either way I am in for a new laptop if my last resort can't sort it out. It also doesn't help that the darn thing has a integrated battery
