Grin.
Most of the latest injuries I deal with in my therapy space are from those engaging in padel...and I am not talking about the purple landers that make use of my therapy sessions as well .
Seems the latest fad / craze.

Someone posted a few weeks ago too.. and i said then it seems to be making a comeback again.. that was because it was the 3rd time in that week i heard the sport mentioned..every second person is taking up the sport now...;) and even more surprisingly to me it all seem to be the 45s and over taking up the sport ;)

I've heard this from many physio's and sports therapists as well

It does seem to be picking up again... also the over 45s find it a very manageable sport as depending on your competitive level you don't need to be ultra fit to play a decent game

Seeing as the guys seem to be planning to have a social at HOE soon and they have outdoor space.. maybe they can arrange game of Padel or a mini version thereof as part of the activities with fun "prices" to be won..lol.. ( if they have the space)

@ willow-the-Wisp....Hehehe... i have several padels that i regularly use during "escort services" ;) maybe you want to explore those rather than the sporty kind;)
