Be truthful.
At some point we, as punters, figure out the advertised age is not the real age. So just be honest.

Yes we punters are not stupid. We can figure out the real age plus minus. I much preder to book a 50 year old lady who looks like a 40 year old.

You can figure out when SP is older in certain pics as well.

I add 8-10 years to a lady's age to get a true idea how old she is. It doesn't really matter if they look good.
I am more worried about my age. I am an older guy and I take 8 years off my age if a lady asks. Lol.

It's deceptive and like entrapment.
A punter may book because of an age requirement and then get put off when he sees the lady in real.
If the women is confident of her age and abilities and appearance then there is no need to lie
