PE Accomodation

A question to the WGs in particular, there's a CURRENT ADVERTISER who is working from her friends home in PE but the friend gets back from abroad with kids on the weekend so needless to say this is no longer a conducive working environment.
She's now looking to find a place she can work from as well as stay in. Any leads on venues or "WG friendly" Accomodation in or around the PE area ?
