I made a call to the ESA OFFICES yesterday around 3pm to ask them to put up my profile as i had paid for it since it was down..
and also to have my number changed as I have lost my old number... the lady i talked to i made sure I repeated the new number to her and after that. She said that she had changed it and i got a bit worried as my phone was not ringing at all and i thought thats a bit weird, switched off my phone, switched it back on again and also took my sim card and put it back and this happened the whole night and my number not being changed was the last thing on my mind because i made a call and spoke to someone and that woman whoever it was said theyve done it.
So this morning im like let me check my number and THE FUCK my number is not changed. Not sure how and why this happened and frankly i dont care. Getting used to ESA disappointments and its quite ridiculous really..
I would also like to get the day ive lost already because my number was not changed when I had phoned to make necessary changes on my profile..
This is my number again 074 800 0148..

Important matters cant be attended and stupid things attended to urgently. RIDICULOUS,.come on now ESA..

Don't be so harsh on them please they're very busy checking the forum to see if people are posting within the RULES

Shouldn't you be taking this up with them instead of on the forum???

Its so easy for you to say that because firstly im sure you are not in a place that you need to pay daily in. And plus its my business i pay to advertise on esa its not free and i have all right to do complain if something is not being done as i had asked. Its my business that takes a hit i dont expect you to understand... have you any clue how much business i lost because of what was not done? And the person i spoke to said they made the changes?..

As I did say i dont expect you to understand or anyone else for that matter but esa..

I dont see a problem with me posting here because thats still taking it up with them as they check threads all the time and if that was not true there wouldnt be people who get banned..
So im not sure really what you are trying to say..
The forum is still part of esa not outside it.
I gave them a call yesterday but what I had asked wasnt done..

Alexa, I think Kingsman comment was more tongue in cheek given the recent banning of some punters. We all empathise with you as far as your loss of earnings are concerned and you have every right to lodge a complaint with ESA.
