This might be a dumb question but why can I not see the recorded chats on the ladies profiles.

I had the same issue, The chats cannot be viewed on a mobile prone, it N only be viewed on a PC and you will have to install a flash player to your device

I think it has to do with your browser. I cant view recorded chats on my phone using Opera browser, but, I can view the videos.

Recorded chats do not work on a mobile device.
You will only be able to view them on a PC that has a flash player installed.
