What is the reason for the questions, is there a book coming out?

Taking the plunge as in getting married, or going punting while married?

Married and not feeling much guilt. Maybe some times.
My wife dont look after her body. Total turn-off for me.

Yes, i am fugly. But i exercise daily and apart from a little bit of grey hair looks and weighs the same as when we got married 20 yrs ago.
We have no other issues. She is great friend, fun, intelligent everything else. But for a fucknut like me, i also like to be physically attracted. I long for the days when i could not wait to get in her panties. I have hinted, asked nicely, everything that she loose weight. So now i punt and mostly dont feel guilty.

I'm married for 21 years. Gets boring you know.
Even after talking about our needs and expectations she just seems lazy.

Only you will know your personal situation and you how you might feel afterwards. Just know once you have hit this road you are on it. Have a good think about how you feel about your wife and your marriage. And maybe even start off just with a happy ending massage and see how that feels. Maybe still cheating, but not full on, depending on how you look at it.
