JACKRIBET...I had this condition after knocking my sacrum on the the body of my vehicles door hook. I miss judged and set miss after plunging my self down to sit.
I went for some sort of acupuncture and physiotherapy but still suffered. In winter its worst.
Later on I visited a few SP's who gave a good massage until one day the one SP gave me a solide deep tissue massage and today I'm cured.
I asked the lady, how do you know exactly how, where and how much pressure to use and she told me she is a qualified masseuse.
These days I no longer opt in for a massage but instead its all about FH. I mean I'm cured...hahahaha...
I really appreciate the service you ladies provide, thank you so much.
I believe there are qualified masseuse available here and they will respond anytime now.
