If yes, call your SP, chances are good that the problem is on their side...

On your fone click wifi , settings and look for the "forget network" so it wil delete your connection, Then accept the wifi and do the whole passwords and should be fine ,if not then ask again..

If all else fails, try resetting the WiFi. There should be a tiny hole at the back, next to the inplug (sorry, I'm not too technical!). You can use a safety pin, push in and keep for 3 seconds and it should reboot.
