Hey gents so I am back from a very anxious visit to the doc. Cast is finally off - Yay. Elbow has healed well thankfully. I am required to still wear a sling for the next few weeks but I am able to use my arm.

Guys Thank You for the well wishes that I received over the last 2 weeks. I really appreciate the kindness. Thank you to the guys who still came to see me while I was part mummy - you know who you are and I'm very grateful for you!

I may not be able to return to riding horses just yet but I am still very capable to ride you ;)
