Does anyone know how this works? If a girl drops from the top ten does it mean that the quality of her services has dropped (which I have found not to be the case) or that others just got rated better?

It just means Gold members haven't reviewed and voted her into the top 10.....yet. Bear in mind that the bulk of bookings come from ordinary members & to a significant degree non-members
I think you get 2 votes per month...not sure?
What I also don't understand is how girls profiles with +5 votes are listed in the top 10 when there girls with +10 or more that dont make the cut?

As I have it,
1. Only 1 rating per GM per calender month
2. Longest subscribing SP will have a higher ranking if more than one SP have a similar score
3. Ladies may opt out of being rated / listed in top 10 if so wish
The above is my view, but ESA and or other members to correct me, specially on no 3.

The score on a lady's profile is her score altogether for the duration of her ad.
For the top 10 the scores for only that month counts. At the beginning of the month the monthly Score is started at zero. So let's take lady 1 having an overall score of 20. If she then for the month gets a score of 5 the 5 will count for the top ten. And the overall score on her profile will be 25. If Lady2 has a score of 50 but gets no ratings for the month she will have a zero score for that month and thus the lady who scored 5, but overall score of 25 will be on the top 10 list and the lady with 50 will not be

The monthly score shown on a profile is for the calender month ( 1st to 30 or 31st). Top 10 are seldom calculated during these dates. That could possibly explain why a +10 don't make the list, but a +5 do. The +10 could have been used in the "previous" month's rating.

Just as others have already explained
TOP 10 is the points you have accumulated for the month.
And all the points you have accumulated during your service will determine your position in the Top 100.
A lady can be new and get rated by 8 GMs and have 40 points in the top 10 for that month but she will not be in the top 100 since her points are still low.
Most punters look at the top 100 because that is were you get top rated ladies.
