A way to track my own posts/threads

Is there a way to track this or do I honestly have to sift through pages of new posts before getting to the one I posted? I would love to post a query/topic and then be able to quickly jump to that after logging in rather than going to the forum section I posted in and then scrolling through the masses of updates/posts before getting to mine.

you can search by author and you will get your posts
