Looking for private accomodation where i can stay as well as work from.
Preferences:

-Something like a bachelor flat or similar
-Not too expensive
-It can be something like a guesthouse with free standing selfcatering units as well (All i need is a room, bathroom with shower and hot water and a little kitchenette)
-If furnished or semi-furnished even better
-Neat & clean - must be a place where i can see clients without problems
-Off street, safe parking for a car (for clients)
- Private entrance so that clients can come in and leave discreetly.
-It can be in Pretoria or Johannesburg.
