I am a regular visitor to HOE. Always a good experience. But today I got to raise a complaint. Made a booking yesterday for 90 minutes with Amy. They had me waiting for more than one hour. If I would not have asked about my booking,they'd forgotten about me. After we entered the room Amy told me she's available for only 60 minutes. She spoke to the Hostess who said that they're sending someone else after one hour. Wasn't happy about it but finally agreed. For the inconvenience they said the second lady would stay for another hour. After we left the room the reception charched me the other 30 minutes. I told them that this wasn't the agreement but paid. I felt ripped off and I told them so. I consider this treatment as being not correct. Just want to bring it to your attention. Pete18

Pete18 --Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you -- Yes there seems to be a bit of a mixup with the additional 30 Minutes that You were Charged --should have been comped due to the confusion on our part --

So HOE will extend a Free 1 Hr. Booking ( Valued at R850 ) to hopefully make this right. Thanks for letting me know as we obviously have a hiccup from time to time -- See You soon !!!
