Many moons ago there was a Thai house in Bryanston, on Homestead I think. Well the route went past the house. As I rode past most of the ladies were outside cheering. Very tempted to stop but my wife was behind me :)

Rather go either before or after the race.... stopping for a punt will totally mess up your time

You can't get anywhere near the route by car on race day, though. So either pitstop or nothing.
