Advice from the guys in Plett, Knysna and George.

Im busy planning my stops for my coast to coast Tour.
And was wondering if Plett or Knysna would be a better option to stop at.
And from the George punters i would like to know if there is a demand for quality SPs
I would appreciate your advice.
