A client once told me, if a WG often moves, the general opinion is she's a substance abuser and that has caused her problem. This, is not the case with me. Allow me to explain:
*My ITC lights up like a Christmas tree, and I don't have a fixed income, really now guys.... who's gonna rent a place to me.
*Bella, 75% of rentals is not pet friendly. I will never give her away.
*If one does find a place through someone you know, chances are once the landlady/lord finds out how you earn a living, there's gonna be trouble

Rent a room in a shared house, but work from a venue - costly.

I've been using internet accommodation sites, you just book, pay and stay. Problem is, this is hellish expensive, so if one gets an opportunity to rent a room in a house where one can work from, for half the price you're paying now, I'd say that's just SUPER.

Assumption is the mother of all f ups. Those who's been with me, can clearly see I've got my sh#t together. Keeping it tidy all the way.

I appluase the fact that you explain yourself.... but honestly you don't owe anyone an explanation!

Once you stay to long at one place , clients complain.
Once you move around, they complain...

Truely there is no way to satisfy EVERYONE! And people will always find something ill to say about another.
