Eye opener this was for me.
Offered job to lady with no strings and opportunity to learn and grow.
Problems :
Unrealistic salary expectations
Working hours too long
Alcohol and/or drugs
Motivation lacking to better oneself.
Shocked I was. Shelf life limited here. Benjamin Button principle.
Appointed someone keen to work and learn and grow. At half the price.
Offered job to lady with no strings and opportunity to learn and grow.

There are other girls who wouldn't mind an opportunity like that. I have an idea that I want to implement, but more when I get it going.
