Making a booking

Hey punters, where do you make your booking from?
I ask because, this afternoon I was drawing cash from an ATM and happened to overhear a guy in the line making a what sounded like a booking.
He asked the following questions:
"What service can I expect", "what's your rate for an hour" and "is that for a full house?" Maybe it was something else but it got me thinking where other punters make bookings from.
I always go to My Car to make a booking.
I ask because, this afternoon I was drawing cash from an ATM and happened to overhear a guy in the line making a what sounded like a booking.

At my office. When my door is closed, my PA or any staff member know not to enter my office. Then I have privacy to have a descent conversation!
