Reservation Fees – REVISED:EFFECTIVE FROM MONDAY March 14th 2016

We are a gentlemen’s lounge first and foremost, not a food and beverage destination. With our volumes going up and privacy being an important factor for our clients, we are proposing some changes to our entrance fees to ensure our ‘REAL’ clients are coming through the door & have No Parking Issues .

ALL entrance fees are FULLY DEDUCTABLE from the price of booking – i.e. HOE continues to have No Entrance Fee for clients that make BOOKING.


Monday – Thursday CURRENT / R 100 pp REVISED / R 200 pp

Fridays CURRENT / R 200 pp REVISED / R 300 pp

NOTE FRIDAY / FREE Braai Day with a Booking --Now will be R 300 --HOWEVER It Includes all You can eat -T-Bone Steak / Lamb on Spit / Prawns & Chips

AGAIN -- Note if You have or make a BOOKING then the Entrance Fee is FULLY DEDUCTABLE --from that Booking -- So in a Practical Sense You are NOT PAYING an Entrance Fee of any Type .

The Negatives ( If Any ) basically is We don't want Clients who Strictly come to Drink & Socialize with our Ladies without making Bookings from time to time.

There is good and bad in your approach
If I visit there - on my rate trips to Pta - I am there to book not mess around. After all some of the hottest ladies on the site work at your venue

My last two visits I didn't have any luck to find a lady of my liking to attend to my needs. Many were sitting around with other gents drinking and socialising. The others were all busy - business was good that day. So in that event I would be charged the entrance fee even though the lack of available ladies was not my fault?
That would rub me up the totally wrong way

I am in agreement with Iamfunluva.

Not all of us book before the time, you arrive, get a drink, get shown the "menu", and then we decide.

But the more popular ladies are sometimes fully booked, or busy selling their attributes to some prospective client.

And not everyone has the unlimited funding to go and have a few drinks, maybe lunch, and then due to not wanting second best, end up paying a fortune for a few drinks.

Don't think this will work, but then again, not my place. And drinks are not cheap there.

I can see HOE's reasoning behind this. But I think that the average Joe out there won't be comming because it's just getting to expensive if you just rock up and all your favourites are booked.

exactly why I stopped going toe HOE not that I went there that often - great place , but I found too many ladies sticking to their Fav clients and felt being isolated and limited for choice.

pieterd002 --Correction --Our Drinks are actually quite reasonable --same as a Dros scenario with a Much Better View --also Our Food is Excellent & again very reasonable -- I. E. A Castle Lite Beer is R 22 -- Brandy & Coke ( single ) R 28 Double R 39

Oupajack -- Primary reason for this Revision --Our VIP Programme did allow up to 3 Guests at No Charge -- we Now limit to 1 at No Charge with a VIP Member --this will cut way down on the Issue that you have mentioned --we continue to Live & Learn ( I hope )

iamfunluva -- HOE --has no problem as applies to refund You the Reservation Fee based on a Poor Selection of Ladies as we obviously want You to enjoy Yourself & leave either way with a Smile --we Currently do have 28 Ladies working --normally 24 on any given day -- we also have 4 Newbies --Ladies come & Go but I feel we almost always have a nice variety available. We are never very Busy from 10:00 to 14:00 --or You can book in advance as well .

WE Only want our Clients to feel Special & receive 5-Star treatment -- If the Ladies available happen to Not suit your Taste --Then Again --No Issue --will refund Your reservation Fee with Pleasure --

Also one other Point -- We work strictly on First Come -First Serve Basis -- Translated --A Lady sitting with a Client socializing is Not a Booking --If You book her -- she Honours Your Booking no matter who she is sitting with --

The other factor that I failed to mention is the kinda flaky ROAR policy.
Plus and I have to say this ... Some of the ladies look freakin awesome on the site and are a shadow of that in person. There were a few ladies I had my sights set on before arriving and when I saw them In reality I was actually quite confused. This makes booking in advance pretty risky for me

1amfunluva -- Wow --OK -- well lets address this -You arrive & the Lady is Not what You expected -- There is NO Obligation & at that Point You have Paid No Money -- that You have to go ahead with the Booking & most likely You will have at least 10 or more Ladies to choose from in her Place on an immediately basis .

HOE is very Straight forward in the way we conduct business & certainly have Not become what we are Today by being deceitful . If You are Not Happy with the Selection upon arrival we will refund your entrance fee--If you are completely unhappy with your Booking we will also Refund You as required.

The difference between HOE & most of our Competition is that we genuinely care about Customer Satisfaction & as required will make it Right Immediately as required even -- a Full Refund.
