Really would like to put a loyalty regard system in place any ideas on how to do this in this industry ...

Simple use the Seattle Coffee system buy 10 get your 11th one free ?
Maybe cut it down to 6 ? So 6 times whatever you charge would be a fair amount of money and the Punter gets an incentive to achieve this target quickly ! You make your money and Reward him with a freeby ! Could work

Punters like variety 5 maybe a stretch and also time bound the offer. Offer 3 and 4th free...that will entice customers to get to 4th quicker. More importantly make sure no carry over rewards. Dont keep a book ..punters hate those things..remember rewards are based on premium services..
