So I've got kidney stones. Not lekker and thank God for painkillers.

I don't have personal experience about kidney stones or stents (...yet), but why don't you ask your Dr? I can imagine that thick juice through a stent could hurt like hell, but then the stent is a foreign object without nerves...? Unless the pipe is too narrow for the thick juice to pass...?
Approach your question from the negative angle with your Doc, assuming that you shouldn't ejaculate. He will set you right if your "assumption" is wrong.
When i had glandular fever, age 20, the Doc said I shouldn't engage in sexual activity, it could cause infertility. Being a student at the time, and the best medicine for Glandular Fever being bed rest and myprodols... I didn't listen to the doc. My GF had to visit twice a day for "treatment".
Sufficed to say, I am still shooting lead ;-)
