So we all have different types of connections with people we meet and fall in love with . But there is that one person you meet that supersedes all other connections that you felt . That one connection you had or have with somone that goes beyond anything you have experienced before . Life has it that it's not meant to be but the connection you feel to that person does not go away

Has anyone been in a situation where he or she has to ignore that feeling because life has moved on in some way ?

Would love to hear from the ladies ...Is it easier for woman to forget an emotional connection as they tend it get over things way faster than men do ?

No we just beter in hiding our emotions.
I would think men move along a lot quicker then woman.
Yes it's possible to feel like you have met someone you feel like you known your whole life.
Someone you can relate to and just be yourself.
Someone you just look at and think....omw is this person and feelings for real?
Yes it happens...and in my case that feeling never went away.
I'll feel that way till the day I put my head down.
Yes I love someone; perhaps alays will..it's not impossible.

But yes, the times you meet someone like that and are forced to move on due to circumstances etc... that seriously sucks. There's one incredible man in my past where that happened, and years on I still think about him sometimes.

Learnt the hard way that people are different and sometimes it doesn't matter how much you care for somone ...if they can't appreciate it then let them go ...easier said than done but ultimately it's the only choice you have if it's not mutual

You will find better ...believe and when the time is right things will fall into place for you in that department

For me personally, this year it will be 10 years since I lost a girl that I loved deeply. I don't think I'll ever feel that connection with another woman. To be honest I've stopped trying, it's not fair to be in a relationship with the mindset that it won't lead to anything. I appreciate and enjoy every rendezvous for what it is
