ladies we need to differentiate between a private apartment, venue and a house. like anyone who has preference , if u mention that u operate from a private apartment then it must be a private apartment. it cant be 4 of u operating there and u still call it private apartment. that is either a house or venue. some gentlemen prefer pure discreet and thus prefere a place wit a single operator.

I've brought this up with ladies on several occasions. Probably only 4/10 of all "Private Apartments" are actually private apartments.

In today's business it's difficult to tell the ladies NOT to work with other ladies.

Their situation are different and 9 out of 10 ladies works at houses; venus and and.

Now for security reasons I would say yes get another lady in to be there just incase problems do happen.

And financially Alot of ladies can't afford working alone to cover the high costs of renting a place.

Now for me carrying all this financial responsibility is hectic...yes I know I can get a cheaper place...but would my clients be happy if I only set high standards from day one?

So yes if I tell you I work private; then I make sure (if there was another lady) you won't be seen. That's called privacy.

No one to knock on you door while someone is playing with your wood.

I think in a private townhouse 2 ladies are more the enough.

It doesn't make situation uncomfortable when there is 2 clients at a time.

Set rules. If you have them you won't be seen by another lady or ladies.

A townhouse with 2 wg's is a great way to go.
Split the expense, have some company when not working, share war stories, a sense of security etc.A wg I frequent shares a double storey house with another, they are so happy there and I like the discreet venue.
If a WG operates from a hotel / lodge, I wont go.
In CT there is no HOE or Doll House type of operation so a venue is usually a hotel.

@Meg: I think we all understand why girls need to share a house / apartment. All we ask is that the add somehow states whether she worx alone or not.

No harm intended. Just clarity - as some guys prefer visiting a "venue" where only ONE girl worx from.

There was once a lady who said she worked in a "private apartment".
Turned out she worked from an old Mazda 323 near a deserted mine dump in Boksburg.
But she was good, so I'm not complaining. :)
