I've seen this barter thing going around so here is my proposition.

I can provide IT services and support both hardware and software. I have 12 years experience in the industry.

Includes the following :

PC and Laptop assistance including spec advisory if you are purchasing a new machine.

Also have software development skills if required. Specifically with desktop applications and websites.

Sound engineering skills available too.

So essentially a service for a service.
