I opened my eyes this morning and took in all the sounds around me..... the colours of life.... and then I realized once again how fortunate I am!

How many times do we take for granted that we can see the beauty around us..... hear nature and laughter..... touch with our fingertips..... feel the grass underneath our feet......

Take today and notice things around you..... take a moment and just....... breath ;)

Can I challenge all you stunning people today?.....

I was feeling the same way this morning on my walk.

Life my be challenging but there is Always something to be grateful for and there is always something beautiful to experience in ones day.

I am grateful for my children, for being healthy enough to can work and look after them

Thankyou for reminding me miss G..... As i sat in my bakkie this morning, eyes closed, just listening to the birds..... nothing else..... it was so peacefull.

I usualy try to have a quiet moment like that every morning before the busy-ness of life starts.

Pleasure to all ;) think the rat race we live in take over without us even realizing it sometimes!
