Firstly let me say that I apologize for this huge shit storm that has now been created. This is NOT EVER supposed to happen.

Please understand that no malice was intended in creating this group.
Lianie intended to send a broadcast message(still not okay) and created a group in error.

I was not aware, at the time, that Lianie had created this group and sent out a message on it, which included my venue's address. I was later made aware when a client called to complain that I had added him to a group. I addressed it with her immediately. Only later did I discover how many clients numbers were added to this group.

As a rule I don't Whatsapp or SMS any clients unless I am responding to their message. I ask permission from every client before sending them the address via Whatsapp. I don't do Whatsapp Status updates anymore either as this can cause huge issues.

The only social media that we make use of is our Telegram Channel and our Telegram Chat group. These are by invite links that I post on a forum post, for you to choose whether or not you want to join.

We have been in business for 8 years, and anybody who has ever been in contact with Be-Sensual can attest to the fact that they don't receive any unsolicited communications from us.

Your anonymity has always been, and will always be, of the highest priority to the venue, and I am so sorry that this has been compromised.

I truly hope that this has not caused any problems for anybody.
I understand your frustration and anger, as I too am feeling it.
I hope that your trust in my venue can be re-established, and thank each and every one of you that has supported us in the past.
