Tizz if the rule is applied uniformly across all languages it isn't a problem. ESA must ensure that it is enforced as per Antoinette's request, I personally think it is a bit short sighted since people have been conversing in Afrikaans and French a number of times without any issue. But what ESA says goes.

For what it's worth, I only speak English and I really don't care that I don't understand a lot of the stuff people write on here. It doesn't affect my experience. English is my first language, it's what I'm comfortable speaking. Afrikaans, Zulu, Setswana etc are other peoples' first languages and it's what they're comfortable speaking. The way I see it, that's got nothing to do with the rest of us.

That's why I asking if it will be uniformly applied since there are threads, reviews and response in other languages.
