Just a couple of things that I was thinking about the past week or so:

Do we really respect the ladies on this site with the comments we making on the forums or on their profiles ?

Do we realise that this platform are their way to promote there business and how the comments we sometimes make can effect their business negatively ?

I think we must start to think twice before we comment and what influence it can have on the service providers !!!

Damn Boobs53, I just responded to you on this sort of thing on Venus's thread - doh I definitely need to learn patience.

To paraphrase that reply, I believe that the SP should take full responsibility for anything she posts and accept the outcomes as the arise. They have the choice to post whatever they like on this forum being aware of the possible pitfalls as well as the benefits.

The world after all is subjective so one man's agreement is always tempered by another's dismissal. It is up to the SP to deal with both.

I do agree that thinking twice before commenting"should be followed by all - myself not withstanding.

I understand that Boobs's post relates more to how irresponsible post makes people feel...unintentional
cyberbullying and such but the following quotes are useful for all of us.
"If you are on social media, and you are not learning, not laughing, not being inspired or not networking, then you are using it wrong."

"Don't promote negativity online and expect people to treat you with positivity in person."

"Freedom of Speech doesn't justify online bullying. Words have power, be careful how you use them."

"What you post online speaks VOLUME about who you really are. POST with intention. REPOST with caution."

"Think before you click. If people do not know you personally and if they cannot see you as you type, what you post online can be taken out of context if you are not careful in the way your message is delivered."
Germany Kent

I want to also add that when people do not know you and they can only judge you by what you choose to say and how you say it.

USE your spellchecker too.

Sage .. I think most of the times it is unintentional and in the heat of the moment ... we sometimes say something that was meant differently but can influence the ladies business negatively !!!

Ladies in this industry are building up a brand and sometimes takes a long time to achieve that but the table can turn against them in a very short space of time by the wrong comments !!!

Greetings to all

In the time that I have been an ESA member, I can say without doubt that several advertisers have really gone the extra mile to make me feel honored and respected as an ESA member. I think of ladies who value people and are respectful, but at the same they know the limits and line of how to communicate in a way that drives me over the edge (in a good way), ladies such as Monika, Vanilla, Sia, Poppy and of course the darling Kimmylee, to name a few. They are all special in their approach.

As I've mentioned before, the darling honey that is Kimmy holds a truly special spot in my heart and she's a true gem.

That lovely lady is a more polished diamond than many I've "met" on this site and she's humble, professional, strong, playful and respectful to a tee. I really think of her as being an inspiration that people can be just simply beautiful and down to earth, inside and out.

The point I see here is that we could all take time to be respectful towards one another.

In terms of posting about others in the community, perhaps it is summed up this way?

1. Be honest, without being cruel
2. Be respectful, without being fake
3. Be positive, and at the very least try keep comments constructive
4. Understand what we are all here for - this world is most often self-seeking and cut-throat, perhaps this forum doesn't need to be
5. Read, reflect, pause, read again...perhaps take a break, return and then react...
6. Have fun in a respectful way with other members but know the line.

These are all just my simple opinions and obviously others may disagree.

In conclusion, I've learnt and been burnt too. Like many members, I've also stuck my foot in it on the forum more often than not. So whoever I've previously offended, I say it is indeed with regret that I did so. But we move forward...

To err is indeed human, to forgive divine, but perhaps our best is to fall somewhere in between? Let's be more careful with our words, all of us.

There's enough hate in the world nowadays, so perhaps it's time to spread more love and remember that life's more enjoyable that way, right?

Peace to all.

Boobs, I am growing fond of u and I have not even met u yet, thank u for understanding and respecting the WG and mg situation as well.

I have said this a many times and will say it many times to come.

There is a conflict of interest for both punters and the girls on this site.

We should be respectful to both each other and keep in mind the influence (emotional and business wise) which it might have on the person u are commenting too or about....
Don't make it personal.
