I feel like starting a thread on girls and venues that do double bookings. I have no malicious intend. I know that unexpected or unplanned things happen. But when that happens, you are honest with the client, tell him what happened and appologises. We both move on - no hard feelings.

On other threads girls complain how tough the economic environment is. Is this forcing some girls to take the first client that comes around, ignoring the client that made an earlier booking? Girls, this might work over the short term, but it is not a good strategy to build a sustainable repeat clientele.

In the past 2 weeks i had 2 girls and a venue (3 instances) where i was double booked. The one girl was the first time i visited. I am willing to let that go and see if it happens again with her - though some other punter can repeat this experiment with her.

Another lady, did not see my at a previous booking. She appologised and said she will make it up to me. I accepted. Only to arrive at a follow-up appointment, which she AGAIN did not honor. This time no appology, no communication.

This morning at a new venue in Pta-East. Made the appointment yesterday for 10:30 this morning. Got there, first told the lady still busy in booking, can i wait 5min in their lounge. No problem, i went in. Then the reception lady came back and the story changed. The lady has "unknowingly" extended the booking. Could i come back at 11:30? I was not overjoyed, but agreed.

So i returned at 11h30. Now i am told the lady i booked left after she had seen the one client. Now i was quite upset being lied to again. I am also now told that this is the reason they do not take bookings the day before - but actually they did. We agreed the day before that i would SMS if i could not make the booking. But even if that was all fine, why lured me back a second time with no intention to keep the booking.

Not the type of service/treatment you would expect from "Palace" staff - would you?

@ fonz I Truelly understand that is very frustrating.

As a wg I actually give up as well from our point of view numerous bookings are made on a daily basis and clients do not pitch up.

The frustrating part is they insist that you keep there appointment but don't arrive

No phone call, no message.

When you call them they cut the call or it goes to voicemail.

I don't charge cancellation fees, but all I ask is a little respect.

So unfortunately, your situation is very much h like what we go through everyday.

Anyone who does a double booking, I don't go there again.
Simple as that.
As for the guys that don't phone to cancel if they can't make it after they've made an appointment, this is so wrong.

And it is because of the reasons Mia has listed that some ladies double book..so that they will not lose out on income because some mean guy decided not to honour their appointment without any cancellation..

Am not saying it is right BUT......
