There's a few options. Try the Lily Lodge in Berea, hourly and daily rates, hookers present. Or Valley View Lodge in Bez Valley, also hookers present. Or Umkhonto Lodge in Orange Grove, hookers present too. Google them.

Summit club has accommodation upstairs for around R300 per night I believe. Hectic part of town though
