Joburg/Pretoria there are a plethora, but unless my google foo is off, cape town has like only 2. And those that I have found are insanely priced (I guess lack of competition does that)

Unfortunately all these are over priced for the service they offer compare to jhb and PTA. Also 90% on this list provide sub par service.
