First, an apology. Veronica private messaged me to say she never claimed to speak on behalf of ESA. I asked Shakira for the messages between them, and Veronica is indeed correct. So for that I apologize.

It is equally obvious, though, from Climax's post on my previous thread ("Ms Vee don't wanste another minute on this issue, I saw your chat and shakira and u must say you girls did good by burying this issue...") that Veronica shared those private messages with others, and perhaps in a form that was misleading. The apology, as I see from the messages I was sent, had to do with the threats to Veronica, and, in particular, a threat to make trouble for Joy's planned social. There was not a general apology for the restaurant and banning issues, which answers Veronica's question as to why bring this up at all when the issue was settled.

As Fduck said, "There is an old proverb: the true story can be said short and simple". You can believe two women had an argument in a restaurant bar area, or you can believe an elaborate fairytale story of threats, hit squads, guns, etc.

And since Lalaa No. 1 chortled, "Lol inspector gary_g Too bad your partner in crime can't voice her opinion!", it's appropriate here to post what Shakira would like you to think of as "Understanding Shakira", dedicated to ESA:

Good Lord, and people say I don't quit? Gary, honestly....I doubt anyone cares at this point besides you and Shakira. The song is very dramatic, perhaps over the top, but if that is what Shakira wishes to convey, so be it! We have all had enough. Let it be already!
