dear Esa... for the past few times that i upgraded to and paid for Gold membership my profile doesnt instantly change as it used to. ive had to send an email to support which ussually doesnt get any response and if that fails id call the folloing number to eventually get some kind of help but this time the number doesnt even work. (010) 013-0067

my question now is. i have clearly made a point to highlight this problem to the lady that usualy helps me manually but the problem still persists. not sure if im the only one experiencing this but please advise if this is what ill keep having to do everytime i upgrade to gold membership?

it is a bit annoying, if you are aware of any other punters having this issue can it be fixed. if im the only one having it please advise if my gadget may be the cause.

Apologies for the inconvenience that you have been experienced. We have been having some issues with our phone servers for the past few weeks, so that explains the phone problem,

Regarding the payment issue, the references need to be exactly the same as your username, then we can see who the profile belongs to, if even one letter is wrong, we cannot find your profile. So please make sure your reference is exactly the same as your profile name. (We don't want to assume and activate someone else's profile with your payment)

i pay using my visa card, dont remember having to fill in a reference. jus my card details. so have you guys activated mine?
