Please ESA could we get a blocking button or something for our pms?!

That's a damn good idea!

I have seen before where I have tried to send a lady a pm and received a message saying that this lady doesn't receive pm's. So sounds like this feature may already exists.

Not sure if it can be disabled, but that excludes those we don't mind getting PM's from. So that hardly qualifies as the same feature.

In my honest opinion I hardly get bookings from PMs and then when they do make them, I'm to late to reply because we don't get notifications.
It happened more then I like to admit.
No one logs on to ESA 24/7.

I don't mind answering a question to a new client,
But then you get clients that PM me for this past 5 years and it's time consuming and always the same questions??
Why do you keep on saying you going to book for who knows how long and you never even bothered phoning ?
