Pretoria MG vs Jhb MG

I don't mean to be disrespectful to the MGs working in Johannesburg but how is it that there seems to be an abundance of quality MG working in Pretoria compared to Joburg?
I know quite a few of the MGs working in Pretoria live in Jhb and my point is that the Pretoria venues have so many good MGs regardless where they live. This has been my observation and I don't know if others feel the same way.
Also, the venues in Pretoria seem to be getting better. I am not saying the ones in Jhb are bad but don't seem to be keeping up with the standards in Pretoria. Btw, Jhb is still way better than CPT.
