Please note that if you make a payment via credit card and your profile has not been amended within 2 hours, please call the ESA office on 010 013 0067 or kingly email us @ [Send Message] or you can reply to this thread, and we will assist soonest.
We apologize for the inconvenience regrading this problem.
Keep in mind our office hours are 8am to 5pm.
Should you have made a payment outside of our office hours and your membership has not automatically activated, please feel free to email us and we will follow up as soon as the office opens.
