Namibia in general is quite dry. But if you want local then just look at all the local bars. Hormones is one thing that Namibia shares with us in SA. The Avani is a good bet
And on a different note, if you want a good piece of meat of a different kind, try Joe's Beer garden. They make a phenomenal Eisbein and game shank. Just be sure that you like to drink lots of Jaegers..
