2 Quick Bannings the last week made me think. What is the protocol...how is this handled?

1) Do I get a refund for my GM paid?
2) Do I come on here and say Goodbye?
3) Will people laugh at me?

Was just wondering...I do talk allot of kak sometimes which makes a banning totally plausible.

It is the same as Monopoly's "Go to jail" card.

The ban is effective immediately, you do not pass go to collect a refund or to say your good bye's.

You get a few hours to think about a new name, re-register as newbie and start afresh.

The ladies are not that lucky, they are banned for "life"

I don't think there is a protocol Mini. Truth be told, I always think I'll be banned and somehow I'm still around. I think it depends how much of a pain in the ass you become to esa according to complaints and whether they are validated or fall within breaking the rules of esa. I dont think you are capable of doing any of the things that would get you banned. You have a heart and a conscience, so i could hardly even classify you as a shit stirrer or disrespectful. You are the proverbial 'good guy'.

You don't need a refund. Gold Membership changes nothing except a badge in the forums. The money you pay is not for forum access, it is for access to high resolution images, personal galleries, videos etc. You can still do that even after being banned. The only thing you lose is the ability to review.
