Isn't that what you'd call a modern day GFE ...

I suppose politely but sternly ask them to put the phone away since you're still in a booking and paid for that time. Is accepting this makes it acceptable and the more we tolerate it, the more acceptable it will become.

Hell, it might get to a point where they rush to finish you of in 10 minutes so they can get in the phone to take the next booking while you paid for the hour. You're not paying for them to do their admin, bookings and Facebooking in your presence.

Also, please ad those details to your review so guys can avoid and spend their money where they get their full hours worth.
