@saffer lol I'm not exchanging alot of euros just need few thousands rands, im just avoiding banks rates,taxes,commission

Come on saffer...if our government can 'bend' their own rules for almost everything they do for their personal advantage, I can't see how helping the lady with an innocent transaction can harm anybody!

Our gov.is very greedy taxing every forex exchanged in the country,n I have to show my passport checking my visas as if I robbed a bank overseas.

I am in agreement. I just wouldn't want anybody to fall foul of some bullshit which is easily avoided.
