Looking for a Different Type of Massage

This may come across as a pretty weird, but I find certain satisfaction and relief using fingers & finger nail pressure on my skin and head - not the bottom head... I may be incorrect but maybe close to Shiatsu - although I have not had a shiatsu massage as yet - merely exploring the net for now. Its pretty difficult trying to explain and detail my request, and yeh, maybe I should see a medical prac/quack - but with this I would also like to have a sensual massage as well.
Previously, I requested a massage type of skin rolling - unfortunately I was unsuccessful with any of the ladies understanding this request. Now, to try for both requests again.
If any of the wonderful ladies on ESA wants to explore and maybe understand my request please PM me and we can chat further.
Lets give this a shot and I will revert on my exploits once satisfied.
