Firstly, let me start by apologising for this late reply, i was unfortunately not aware of your messages until now.
I completely agree with you Sir, Confidentiality is Paramount and i assure you that we take our clients privacy and confidentiality very seriously here at the Spa.
Yesterday this exact matter was considered very seriously and after much deliberation we felt it necessary to inform the clients of the new contact details due to the fact that we could not be reached otherwise.
Please accept my sincerest apologies regarding this matter gentlemen.
This is not a practice we wish to continue.
