Background:

A group of punters led by a formally banned user Lick/Castro (lickalotapoes, zam, zamodels, plus likely close to 50 other user names used over the years) have gone to great lengths to disrupt the ESA forum.

Lick was banned last year for the umpteenth time for posing as a member of the Cape Town Vice Squad under the user name ViceSquad (along with many similar user names as per his standard mo) he did the standard Lick talk to himself, stir the pot, fear monger angle. Culminating in telling users that ESA was working with the Vice Squad and that he and his group will rise up against the supposed tyranny of the Vice Squad.

My view on the Vice Squad is simple, if you as an operator of a venue or private house are luring, under age, vulnerable or foreign ladies to work as escorts against their will, getting them addicted to narcotics in the process you should be arrested and dealt with by the courts.

If a lady chooses out of her own free will to work in the adult entertainment industry this is her choice as an adult and this is a totally different matter than the above situation.

He called me telephonically stating that it was his intention to form a secret forum to mainly speak out against and inform punters of Vice Squad activities. Knowing full well that what he was proposing was likely illegal. I noted clearly that there was no way to keep anything secret on the internet and that his entire silly plot of rising up against a law enforcement agency was ludicrous in the extreme. After this conversation I ignored all attempts of contact via email and telephone, at times I would received 30 missed calls a day from Lick, he is clearly a very disturbed and desperate/lonely individual.

Lick if you want to rise up against a law enforcement agency stop being a coward and do so in your own name instead of hiding behind a key board and dragging unsuspecting individuals with you. To those who are unclear about how the law works feel free to research the Sexual Offences act and the municipal by laws as it refers to your municipality.

Recent events:

Since Lick's banning and likely before, he has been harvesting email addresses from the ESA forum, whenever a user posts his email address on the forum, Lick adds it to his data base. The thinking is that he would use the data base of email addresses to Spam users to join his own invite only forum.

We have endless run-ins with the originators of new web sites who publicly criticize all we do yet always want to leverage our user base and intellectual property for their own profit and needs. We have built our current user base at great financial expense over 11 years. If parties want to start new sites etc they should use their own financial resources to promote their ventures and NOT those of ESA.

If ESA is so terrible isn't it more prudent to NEVER use our platform or attempt to market your own offerings using our platform?

What he is intending is like the owner of Pick n Pay going in to Checkers and telling shoppers they should rather shop at Pick n Pay. Obviously Checkers will very quickly remove the owner of Pick n Pay from their store. We do exactly the same thing, users that don't have the respect to contact us first before posting commercial offerings are banned and their offerings are removed from the forum without notice.

For future reference we will allow postings of all commercial offerings on the condition that the party listing the commercial offering has a Gold membership, contacts us first and donates R1000 to the charity as listed in this thread:

Over the last 7 days:

Over the last 7 days a user posting as CapeCrusader/PunterWikileaks has been making posts on the forum these posts have been traced back to Lick directly. Lick is once again trying to disrupt the forum and forcing his offerings down our throats weather we want them or not.

We banned user CapeCrusader and almost immediately afterwards Lick signed up a new user name Punter Wikileaks. CapeCrusader/PunterWikileaks have both been banned. This will likely go on ad infinitum as this individual just NEVER gets the message that his disruptive presence is not needed or wanted.

So far we have established that the following users are acting with a common purpose with Lick, likely along with a few others.

Capie/Fussy Punter (the same person) - Having posted a primer for Licks venture last night which we deleted and banned the user.

CT Punter/phionix (the same person) - Having posted this morning once again attempting to advertise Licks offerings.

stronglikebulll/Theo1981/arthurw (the same person)

aerobix/fotogCT (the same person) - Who attempted to get into ESA admin systems attempting to pose as a photographer while in truth being part of Licks faction. Thankfully he was never aloud access to our admin systems. Currently spamming ESA members.

keensie/TheKeen1 (the same person) - By his own admission part of Licks faction, we can only conclude his presence here is to push Lick's agenda, whatever that may be.

In closing Lick and Lick minions we will not allow our forum to be used as an advertising platform for your latest unilateral wet dream and rising up against the Vice Squad. If you are unhappy about the law or how it's being enforced take it to the constitutional court.

I can assure you with complete certainty that you will not win in your silly rising up campaign, you and your minions are breaking the law by disrupting current law enforcement operations which will open all of you to direct prosecution.

Just a couple of things I don't understand....

Why would 'Lick', having gone to all the trouble of establishing a private punters forum, on which one could post in privacy and with some expectation of confidentiality, then go and publish a selection of posts from his private forum on your public forum?

Surely this could only be self-destructive?

Secondly, if you have established that Punterwikileaks and Cape Crusader are in fact Lick, and banned them, why have their posts not been removed?

I have no clue as to Lick's mind set or why he does what he does. My thinking is that he will do anything to market his offerings, the bigger the scandal, the bigger the conflict or disruption the happier he is. He too has learnt that there is no such thing as bad publicity, any lime light is better than none at all for him.

Users that have been around for a while will attest to this.

He will very likely very soon explain it himself as he has many actively registered user names, laying dormant for just such a purpose. The behaviour of an individual or group wanting to take on a law enforcement organization can only very correctly as you put it Aerobix, be classed as completely self destructive.

The posts made by CapeCrusader/PunterWikileaks (Lick) were not deleted so users can see first hand what lengths he will go to, to promote his offerings.

What some newer guys may not understand, (I've been on this forum for YEARS, my previous user was banned :( ), is that this Lick* character has been doing this, literally, for YEARS!

Any question that starts with: 'why does *', is answered with: 'FUCK KNOWS'. I think that he is mentally disturbed, cause there is NO WAY that any sane individual could pursue the rubbish that he does, with the commitment that he shows, for the insanely large amount of time that he has.

I think he wants to be in the position that Eddie is with this site, but is unwilling and unable to create anything himself.....

Also been discussed a lot on this forum. If he has a dedicated line, then you could monitor his IP address and block it. If however he is using ADSL, then his IP address would change from day to day. Therefore the admins of the site cannot just simply ban the IP, cause tomorrow you, me or anybody else could get it...

Having said that, people are under the impression that they are protected and cannot be traced online because their IP changes. This is untrue, the ISP keeps a record of each client, and the IP that was assigned to them. A person can be tracked with this information; but as alluded to in previous posts by Eddie, it is time consuming and expensive process.
