A marriage with a WG under a written contract. No matter how you treat it, it is still a marriage. Be ready for alimony, child support etc etc

What if there was no written contract, and it was solely just verbal? Still any legal consequences?

This sounds like a misyar marriage where a woman can forgo her rights of provision or anything expected in a traditional marriage. It's like a marriage of convenience.
