Was a compatition where to the Top WG for the month would nominate the Top Punter who needed to be aGold Member as the Top Punter from her point of view.
Punter then won a prize, was usually a cool watch worth a few thousand rands and got slapped with the badge

although Wickedness is closest: it's to denominate the various Steers Franchise Holders (SFH, bit different than FH) amoungst the forum punters, there's many of them as you'll know.
The reason that Porra was quick on the reply-draw is that he's jealous about this. He considers this free advertising, and Eddie refuses to create a Greengrocer's badge - and for all we know he's the only one so that would give him a monopoly, and of course ESA won't allow this.
