Hi All. I just joined OUTA. They have various membership rates from R900 per year. If you are a member, they will defend you if/when you receive a summons. To me, I'd rather pay them than pay the etolls. They also have a brilliant website which very succinctly explains the current legal situation. For the record, I am not against the principle of tolls, but I am absolutely against the way it was done, the secrecy (who got the bribes?) and the methods (threats) they are trying to use to get us to pay.
