So I've started taking USN garcinia Cambogia it's summer soon I want to look really really sexy.
I have seen little results so far only a flatter tummy..maybe it's the gym not sure.. Gives me awesome energy.
Still waiting to see if it really works on my thighs and butt .. Anyone heard of this product and tried it got results
..please do share your experiences...

Garcinia Cambogia does not work. Studies carried out the group on placebo's lost a higher percentage of weight than the group taking garcinia cambogia supplements three times a day before meals.

Rather take whey protein. Add protein and dairy (full cream not fat free or low fat) to your diet. Cut out sugared drinks, fruit juice, refined carbs and sugars. Eat fruit instead (small fruits/portions not more than three a day). Lower your fructose intake as the liver struggles to process high levels and it is stored as belly fat.

Sugar if you remember well i once raised a simillar topic on the same product after buying it under the impression that it was 'highly recommended' by Man's Health Mag. Turns out producers of the product hacked Man's Health Mag and posted shit, u can google that.

The modus operandi of GC is very simple, it suppresses appetite way below normal levels and there are warnings from medical experts that the appetite can be abnormally suppressed to the extent of posing health risks. After reading the hacking scam and almost fainting (caused by appetite suppression) i threw the product away. There is a wealth of info on this product if you go to Google.

I'm not giving up on this product just yet..as my bloated tummy is much much flatter... I have so much more energy, I don't pop my fuse as quickly as I used to..
I will be posting a before pic on caramel2015a.callgirlfiles.com later today and in a few months after pic..
But I have to be patient as these things take time...
