Does anyone have any tips/warnings/concerns for an overnight?

Best to pick 5-6 ladies of your choice. Read up their reviews, then maybe narrow it down to 2-3 ladies. Meet each of them in person, just for 30min/hour over coffee, drinks. pay her for that hour, and make up your mind from there.
Most important she must have decent reviews, you must feel safe falling asleep with her, and there must be chemistry between the two of you. From her point as well the last two points are important for her. Makes for a whole lot more fun!! :)

From a lady's perspective: please be reasonable. We are also not robots that can actually perform for 12 hours straight. The ideal overnight is a dinner date, followed by sexy fun, some slumber, more fun, some sleep and a sexy wake-up. When the lady gets the idea that it will be expected of her to perform for 12hours, naturally the quality of service will suffer, as skin can get sensitive. Book a hotel , never do an overnight at your home.
O and ja dont have sex for seven days before the overnighter

I have many a times ended up dismissing WGs after three or so hours of what was supposed to be an all nighter (with full payment of course)

After shooting the load you often sober up and realise how lust clouds your common sense into buying the "chemistry" nonsense.

And never take a WG to your home, there are no trustworthy WGs....just like there are no faithful punters

You only take someone you know you're comfortable with for an overnighter, which means you've booked her before - for sex, not coffee!
Well, mind, if you like coffee more than sex then...
